As a former senior executive at Visa Inc., Alicia Blain managed a staff that crossed 4 generations and multiple nationalities. She turned her team into a lab to learn what made each generation tick to improve collaboration and minimize conflict.

Today, as the founder and CEO of The Millennial Lab, she helps managers and leaders understand and harness the potential of their 20-something staff known as Millennials or Gen Y. She speaks, conducts workshops and consults on leadership, generational and Gen Y topics.

In her book, New@Work: An Insider’s Survival Guide for a Crazy Workplace, she shares the insider realities of the workplace with college and MBA students and provides a “Success GPS” for their first year on the job.
