Robert L. Pollack, Esq.
Robert L. Pollack, Esq., has almost 20 years of civil trial litigation experience, having personally litigated several hundred trials, hearings, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and appeals in both state and federal courts.
He attended Rutgers University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 with a major in History. Mr. Pollack also completed a two-year legal internship with the Middlesex County Public Defender Office and worked closely with the legal investigative staff to prepare trial counsel for trial.
Mr. Pollack is a proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, at which he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. While attending law school, Mr. Pollack gained substantial litigation experience and mentoring through a legal internship with a prestigious statewide litigation firm. He has been successfully practicing law since 1988.
Mr. Pollack concentrates his practice on Probate, Commercial and Family Law litigation in the state and federal courts, and has made several pro hac vice appearances for his clients in other states. He has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Collier County Circuit Court, where he practiced law for almost 17 years. Mr. Pollack is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Federal Middle District Court and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
