If you have any sort of computer device, you are likely to have encountered some form of AI. Browsers today have Chat GPT built in so many are using this and dont even know it. The challenge for a Human Resources function is these tools can be used by employees and managers in their daily work Human Capital Management systems have now embedded these technologies in their solutions and are being used, sometimes without realizing.
This presentation will help an HR Professional understand what these technologies are and what they can do. The session will cover the foundational principles of AI and specifically Chat GPT, how they work and most importantly what they cannot do. At the end of the presentation the attendee will leave with a basic understanding of the technology including how to apply it within their organizations.
