It is extremely challenging for employers to properly address requests that employees make for leave. That is even more of a challenge in New York where there are many state laws that provide benefits and protections for employers. In this program we will address New Yorks Paid Family Leave Law which has been expanded to offer greater rights and protections for employees who need to take leave. Employees also have rights under a myriad of federal laws that govern leave. This timely presentation will provide much needed information for employers so that they know how to respond when an employee requests leave.
