Gain a better understanding of regulatory priorities and where to find additional resources.Fair lending and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices (UDAAPs) are key risks facing financial institutions today. This presentation will provide an overview of risks and mitigation approaches for five current areas of regulatory focus in fair and responsible banking appraisal bias, algorithmic discrimination, overdraft and NSF practices, redlining, and discrimination as an unfair practice under UDAAP. After the program, participants will be armed with a greater understanding of regulatory priorities and where to find additional resources.
