Confidently use information to improve skills in painting a picture of each patient during handoff, from choosing the location to present the handoff to asking and answering question related to each patient during the handoff which will adequately prepare the oncoming nurse to continue care for that patient with updated accurate information that minimizes risks of omission or missed opportunity to prevent decline in systems or cognition.
