Description
Gain an understanding of the unique legal challenges that can be faced when conducting business with American Indian Tribes.
Many businesses have aspirations of expanding their services to new areas. However, few understand the landscape of conducting business in Indian Country. This course will provide an overview of tribal economies ranging from traditional sources of revenue generation to more innovative and emerging opportunities and incentives that make conducting business in Indian Country potentially attractive to a wide range of businesses or industries. This material will also provide tips on successfully engaging and partnering with tribal governments.
