Attendees will gain an understanding of how these documents will impact their workforce. There will also be an update on the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act as well as best practices governing the use of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
There is a nationwide trend regarding pay transparency. This program will provide attendees with the opportunity to receive an update on these topics as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
